Delivery area
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We hope to expand delivery in the future.
Shipping method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is included in the price of every order at no extra charge.
Processing and dispatch
Because every card pack is custom-made to your design, orders require a short production period. We aim to dispatch your order within 5–7 working days of receiving payment. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched, Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–3 working days. End-to-end, you should receive your order within 7–10 working days of placing it. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, though delays are rare.
Order tracking
We will email you a confirmation when your order is dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the dispatch email, please contact us and we will investigate.
Pricing
Cards are priced at £2.99 per card. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on all UK orders.
Returns policy
Every TOP RPM card pack is custom-made to your personal design. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This means we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or is materially different from what you designed, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice. To request this, email us at hello@toprpm.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order reference and a photo of the damage or defect.
Missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the dispatch email, please contact us. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, email us at hello@toprpm.co.uk as soon as possible with your order reference. If production has already started, we will be unable to cancel or refund the order.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
