1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the TOP RPM website (toprpm.co.uk) and the purchase of card packs through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. TOP RPM is operated as a UK-based business.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products and pricing

TOP RPM sells custom-designed car card packs generated using AI technology. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. AI-generated content

Card statistics, facts, and descriptions are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated data may occasionally contain errors. Stats are labelled with confidence indicators (verified, estimated, or uncertain) to help you assess reliability. You can edit any stat before ordering. TOP RPM is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual property

The TOP RPM brand, website design, card templates, and game mechanics are our intellectual property. Car names, logos, and manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The card designs you create are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or commercially distribute TOP RPM card packs without our written permission.

7. Digital products and home printing

Where we provide digital print files (PDF or HTML) for home printing, these are delivered electronically and are available immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once digital content delivery has begun.

8. Physical products and delivery

For printed card packs shipped to you: we aim to dispatch within 5–7 working days. Delivery times depend on your location and the postal service. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days.

9. Returns and refunds

Because our products are custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (bespoke/personalised goods exemption). However, if your order arrives damaged or materially defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Contact us at hello@toprpm.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

10. Limitation of liability

TOP RPM is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
